A good diet, and plenty of exercise are some of our best ways of keeping healthy at any age. Under present conditions, it is complicated to go swimming or walking. These bands allow me to exercise my lower body and my upper body while seated, supine or standing. I can preserve muscle mass and muscle tone. As we age, we lose muscle mass and muscle tone unless we exercise. The bands have a wide range of resistance levels. The resistance levels are indicated by band colours and solid circle markings. I can use the bands in ways that are only limited by my imagination and by safety considerations. The resistance bands can be used when traveling, without using much space in the luggage. This is a useful feature for the folks who travel a lot. At present, I can only use the lower levels of resistance, but I hope to progress to greater resistance levels. I have found this product to be reasonably priced and the quality is excellent. I am not worried about the bands breaking under tension. I think they should be shielded from the UV rays. UV rays age most plastics, and the bands can become brittle. This is one of the most useful exercise products I have ever bought. For example, it is easy to do some reps while watching the TV.
