The One I Keep Close At Hand
I love this little knife so much I keep it in a knife safe in a drawer where I have immediate access to it. And it's a great value. My chef's knife and my other knives are on a magnetic holder two steps away, but this little utility knife is the one I keep close at hand for all the odd jobs. My chef's knife is also an Icel and like it's bigger brother, this little guy arrived with an excellent edge that's easy to maintain--tomatoes are easy prey, even sliced thin. I bought this knife to try out as a boning knife and it ain't half bad at that, but now it's my go-to utility, travel and picnic knife. It's comfortable in the hand, very sharp, and big enough for lots of jobs--but small enough to pack along. I think I got great value for my money.

Good knife
This is a consistent tool in my kitchen as I find myself reaching for it often. I love the handle--feels good in my hand, shaped very nicely for a comfortable grip, and made of a good non-slip composite material, much like the handle on the Victorinox chef's knife. The blade is nice and sharp, but I found it a little lighter in weight than what I'm used to. But still, it's a good solid blade that easily does the job. Compared to the majority of knives out there, this one is a solid performer in the kitchen. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review, which I take very seriously as I too rely on reviews when shopping on Amazon.

Sharp and Easy to Handle
This knife is very sharp and has an easy to grip, non-slip handle. I have used it to cut a variety of things in the kitchen and it works great on everything I have used it for. Partially frozen chicken breast was the hardest think I used it on and it sliced through it with ease. It has a good weight to it making it easy to handle and I never felt like it might slip as I was cutting. I received this item at a discounted price in exchange for an honest, unbiased review.

Excellent knife and GREAT value
I bought two other ICEL knives in a different size and was so impressed that I went ahead and purchased this one. Great knife--easily resharpened, holds its edge, is sturdy. My only problem is I lost one of the first ICEL knives I bought. How do you lose a knife when the only place you've ever used it is in the kitchen and no one is in that kitchen except you? I think this knife has gone to live with my lost socks. Hope they're happy together, the rotten deserters.

Sharp!
This knife is very sharp, just like any other new knives you buy on the market. The only concern is that the metal looks cheap and the plastic handle isn't eye catching. Overall, this knife is okay.

Extremely Sharp Knife
Extremely sharp knife that will cut through just about anything with ease, ideal for cutting meat and slicing fruit. It even cut through a large, fully frozen strawberry without any issues. These ICEL knives are made in Portugal and feature high carbon, stain free blades. I'm very please with this purchase. I purchased this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review.

Sharp
Great knife for the price. Very sharp but it does dull over a long period of time

Surprised by the quality of this knife given its very reasonable cost. I use it to cull chickens and turkeys and works well. Keeps an edge for a reasonable time and is easy to sharpen. Like it so much I have bought 2.
