Well, I typically wear it for 3 days and I shower with it. Does well. However, if I have sandals on and get in the water (like when I kayak), it will rub off where the straps are. I think swimming would be ok, as long as you don't have something on your feet. I LOVE this stuff. It has become my summer staple. Not knowing your age; I would stay away from the arms and décolletage because it doesn't do well with wrinkles.

Not waterproof or sweat proof

Please don't get caught to false advertising. This is not waterproof or sweat proof. I destroyed my clothes and my bedsheets. After shower I applied on clean dry skin and waited 30 minutes before I put on my clothes. Trust me this product does not work. Disappointed
