I have lifted weights all my life, more seriously at times than others. When this product was introduced to me, it was suggested that it would improve muscle pump by natural vasodilators. What it did for me could be better described as an aid to a thorough workout until muscle exhaustion. For me the feeling wasn't as much that my muscles were packed with blood, as a feeling that my muscles achieved a healthy level of exhaustion by higher weights and reps at a reasonable level for my muscle mass. There IS increased stamina and better recovery between reps and between sets. I can't switch to the next exercise faster than my recovery rate. I'm very satisfied, and no, I have not received anything for this review. * I've updated this review after using this for a bit longer. I do find that the muscle pump I was expecting has occurred. After some additional time using this as directed, I've found that my muscles do get a pump and maintain it through the 48 hours between lifts. I'm very satisfied that the claims have proven very real and noticeable for me. I am an average 52 year old guy with no body building aspirations. Just trying to fight time and unforeseen occurrence. And NO, I will not receive any inducement or extra consideration for this update. It works for me and the people out there looking to get something for their investment might like this product. I do.

I bought this for my boyfriend who is really into fitness and bodybuilding. He was always complaining of not recovering fast enough and felt like he wasn't having the energy he used to have. He is 32 now and I was searching around amazon for supplements that help with energy and recovery and happened across this supplement. I bought it for him to try and at first he was skeptical. He started taking the pills and said that after a few weeks of taking the pulls he felt like he had more energy during his workouts and that his workout times went from about 30 minutes a workout to about an hour. He says it does make him feel less tired throughout the day and that he is able to workout more consistently because of it. He loves the new pills and is looking forward to continue taking them to help his gains in his workouts.

This product does not work for me. I'm having side effects, I've gained 4 to 5 lbs after using this for a week. I believe it's water weight, I'm not a doctor though. I was expecting a lot because of their TEST WORx is a great product. However, it may or may not work for you if you're skinny or trying to gain weight. I'm having side effects so it was waste of my money.
