This is an amazing supplement I have used for over two years for inflammation for a broken ankle and a hernia surgery I required about nine months ago, the supplement reduced swelling and helped to evaluate pain. Excellent results when you follow directions and take daily suggested number of capsules. I had very swollen and joints. The swelling and pain reduced about a week after of taking suggest number of capsules.
