Wish I knew what happened to my grandmothers cast iron skillet. Purchased this recently and it’s easier to use than my Calphalon set that I love. Sounds simple, but even a grilled cheese sandwich is perfectly grilled. Easiest pan to clean, dry, and season for next time.

Some people love these things and love to build up a grease layer on them for flavor but I haven't figured out how to do that. What I do like about this is that it can handle high temperatures on a grill. I can cook a steak and then put this on my grill along with hamburgers and cook an egg on there to add to the burger. It goes get very greasy and messy however. The spray that comes with it to keep it non-stick is nice. I just wish it was straightforward to clean. When I do try to clean it there's nothing but gross black carbon all over the place. Definitely not something I can put in the dishwasher. It needs to be washed by hand. It also gets extremely hot which is good but you'll need to be careful.
