A Five Star Product
Gelusil Antacid & Anti Gas Tablets does a wonderful job of immediately giving me heartburn relief, including acid reflux but since you are instructed to chew them up, it's best to have a glass of water to wash the remaining residue down. This will eliminate a gritty taste in your mouth. I will continue to purchase this product.
