Small, durable animal figures, perfect for creative play/crafty projects. Colors are nice and size is great for 2 to at least 5 years old (~1in x 1-2in). My kids love everything Lion King, so we made safari shoe boxes and I bought these figures for them to play with. I am very appreciate that there are 5 of each animal (zero fights!!) and the range of animals is great (although the moose is a bit of an outlier). I host an annual Easter egg hunt and needed some non-candy treats in the eggs (per request of the parents). These are PERFECT. There's 60 pieces and they are small enough to fit in the typically sized easter eggs. They are your usual safari animals, are colorful, made of all plastic with simple paint on them. I think the kids are going to like them. And since there's a nice variety of animals, I am hoping they they might want to collect them all or trade with each other. Given the cost and the number of figures you get, this is a great value for the money, especially if you are planning to do something similar to me or to include them in grab bags for birthday parties. My favorite is the leopard.

Would have given it a 5 star review but it literally took me almost 15min just to get the jar to open. It's only sealed with tape, but it's the thinnest piece of tape so you can't tell where it starts or ends. I ended up clawing at it with a knife to strip the tape. Other then that my daughter loves them❤️😊

Just what I needed for making baking soda eggs for my class to hatch with vinegar - for our “what hatches” unit - some are too big to make into eggs - but the kids will love playing with them for small world playJust an FYI - the lid is taped with clear tape, that needs to be removed to open the top- it’s almost impossible to see and took me a bit to figure out🤦‍♀️

This is our second year buying a barrel of Battat animals for Easter eggs and they do not disappoint! My kids use them to set up a zoo or farm- countless ways to play and learn. There is such a variety of animals and it is a great value for the money.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the packaging is TERRIBLE!!! Literally took me over 20 mins to open and I hurt my fingers trying!!! They have the CHEAPEST tape completely wrapped around the top that has no beginning or end and breaks apart as soon as you get ahold of it. The bugs themselves are fantastic!! If it weren't for the packaging it would easily be a 5-star product. Hello??! Stop taking the top like that!!! 3 stars for the cute buggies.
