Dark rich flavor like coffee. Love the 1500 mg of dandelion root for detox.
The Traditional medicinal organic, Roasted Dandelion Root Tea has 1500 mg of dandelion root. That is great compared to many of the products on the market. This tea is strong and a very good quality. I am working through shingles and this tea is said to help detox the liver. It is easily digestible and I am not a coffee drinker, so the bitter thick taste took me a bit to get used to. I like it hot and it's great that it is caffeine free too. I will reorder it again and believe in the medicinal qualities of the product.

Good quality, good flavor
Traditional Medicinals is my favorite brand. Can't go wrong with any of their teas. The roasted dandelion has a nice flavor and is a diuretic that helps with detoxification.

Great-Tasting Digestive Support Tea That Really Works
Rich, smooth, and surprisingly satisfying for a caffeine-free herbal tea. The roasted dandelion root gives it a mild, nutty flavor that feels comforting and clean. It genuinely helps with digestion and reduces bloating without being harsh. Pros: Organic, Non-GMO, compostable bags, and great for digestion. Cons: Not sweet, and you may need two bags for a stronger cup. Simple, earthy, and effective — a solid daily detox tea.

Light, Clean Taste – No Side Effects So Far
I’ve been drinking this dandelion tea about 2–3 times a week for the past few weeks, and I’m really enjoying it. The taste is mild and clean - honestly closer to green tea than I expected. It’s not overly bitter like some herbal teas can be. I usually drink it plain without adding honey or lemon, and it still tastes smooth. So far, I haven’t experienced any side effects or stomach discomfort, which is important for me when trying herbal products. One thing I wish the brand would clarify is the tea bag material. There’s no clear information about whether the tea bags are free from microplastics or made from biodegradable, safe material. Since many people are now concerned about this, it would be helpful to see that stated on the packaging. Overall, I’m happy with the quality and taste and will continue using it. Just hoping the company provides more transparency about the packaging materials.

Health benefits added bonus
I love this new addition to their lineup. Traditional medicinal teas have been in our family for decades.. not only are the flavors great but when we’re sick, they are a staple in our homes. Our kids grew up on these teas and they all turn to them when they get sick. It’s nice to see the additional detox teas they have now and you don’t have to be sick to drink them, but I love the health benefits of these herbal teas. I love the flavor of all of their teas except raspberry leaf, but I still used it for cramps. The flavors are comforting. They’re great in the winter to warm your body and the health benefits are just an added bonus.

I love the flavor of this tea
I've been drinking this tea for a couple of years now and love it. I do take breaks from consuming it, and switch to other flavors like mint tea. I think it is good practice to alternate teas to give your organs a break, and keep the potency effective. Edit: I originally wrote this review because I noticed a big change in color and flavor. Noting that this tea was lighter in color and flavor. I have come to find out that it was my error! This brand of Dandelion root tea comes in a roasted variant, too. This is where my confusion stemmed. I normally drink the Roasted Dandelion root tea, which has a lot more flavor and a much darker color. I prefer the roasted version to the unroasted. Your preference may differ, but I highly recommend trying both in this brand.
