The others I had previously would fall off the porcelain tile after a few weeks. With these, they come with 3M adhesive with a smooth non-porous surface on the other side. You stick the adhesive side to the porcelain tile, then apply the suction cup to the smooth side and it holds perfectly! I believe these will last a long time.
