**Update 8/30/21** After further Testing I am giving this battery 5 stars. This thing is powerful ! I was able to power my Surecall cell phone booster at 16v and my cellular router 12v from 7am to 9pm and still had 23% left at the end of the day. This charged super fast with the USB C, and was also able to charge with my rockpals 80watt folding solar panel with the 19v input. I am extremely happy with this battery and am glad Kristonia sent me a replacement and I gave them a second chance! **Update** Krisdonia contacted me an replaced the battery. I am hoping the first one was a fluke. I will be testing it over the next few days. I have raised the rating to 4 stars because they stand behind their product ! I will be doing some heavy duty testing over the next few days. I will do 1 more update after I have fully tested. . I had high hopes for this large battery bank BUT after 1 use it would not charge. Out of the box I charged overnight. Worked well until I went to recharge. I noticed it would not power down and the display was stuck at 49%. I plugged in over night and it still said 49% it will charge other devices but display still show 49% and it will not power off. I will be returning big disappointment for something costing this much !

Reading other reviews, I had some concerns. For me this has been a very solid power supply. I use it as a test supply for various projects because it is portable, has the power for nearly anything that doesn't absolutely need AC power. As a Ham Radio Enthusiast, the DC-out barrel connectors have been great, 12V directly powers all receivers, and I've used this with several QRP rigs never worrying about running it down. Today, I powered a Starlink Mini directly with a barrel adapter off of the 24V port to set it up-no issues. I have had no anomalies with it's operation, there's some quirks to the single-button operation, but repeatedly responds to correct and timely selections. I've used it as a 'UPS', leaving the input power while using various loads, works fine. The USB-C PD works as it should, with no noise on radio receivers powered by the unit. I haven't felt that the battery has any less capacity than when new and it does not discharge while powered off; in a few multi-week long times of non-use. For my uses it works as advertised. Owned and used for over a year and a half.

It’s not turning off after 3 months of use as UPS. Long press or plug out all cables doesn’t wok. Device doesn’t charges via USB C port and not charges external devices. Brilliant idea of device, but lack of control possibilities (one button) and displays different aspects of functionality (total output, pass through regime) Now I just afraid to keep it in a bag, cause it won’t turn off at all. Long press and display is turn off but in 2 sec is on again.

It sure has a lot of power. I was surprised at how big it is. About the size of a laptop and heavier. It takes a while to charge but that's expected.

Was excited to use this on a recent trip. Only to find out that it doesn’t charge or even turn on. Tried contacting the seller to return and refund. Still no response. Eventually contacted Amazon directly and they issued me a refund. Such a shame as there was so much potential for practical uses in my day to day. Wish the company had a better customer service and quality control
