Built sturdy, i don't worry I'm going to break anything. It comes in a 3 pack of varying lbs, so if you're like me, unsure of what you'll need, this was a great purchase. I've got one i can do for endurance, work on strength, and one to work towards. Fantastic. Btw, i purchased a cheaper one before getting this. Just save your money, and buy proper items.

I had to wrap the handles with tape but they have great grip and tension. Increased my hand strength drastically, out grew these within a year.

As others have mentioned, these are actually under their stated resistance and especially at the lower end of the range. But the quality is otherwise pretty good in both their machining and finishing. So in the end, they're a good value - just be aware that they'll range from about 50% to 75% of their nominal rating. If the manufacturer were to make these so that the handles could be adjusted ( i.e. threaded & not fixed ), they'd be a great set of variable resistance grips in a very useful range.

These work great. Of course they aren't the most comfortable due to knurled handles but they still are nice for the price.

Its a grip trainer. The grips are texturized for no slipping. You'll build callouses. Solid build. You squeeze and release, and they perform their function well. Pro: Fits in hands. My hands are about 8 inches long. I wear XL gloves for shock protection (lacross/padded) and for dealing with medical stuff I prefer L because I want that tight "like another layer of skin" feel Con: I cant grip the 200 pound grips as many times as I wish I could. But thats a personal issue

So I received these today and I tested them out. I used to barely be able to close a CoC #2 and the 200lb in this set, I closed pretty easily. I compared them to another set that I have and all three seem to be 25-30lbs below what the stated rating is. Given that I can still use them for endurance training, I plan on keeping them, but I'm really disappointed how far off these weight ratings are. Frankly, spend the extra money and get the Captains of Crush set.

Solid buy. Pricing feels just right. Sturdy and good resistance. I'm glad I could buy a pack instead of getting each individually. Slight squeak in one of them but not an issue for me and probably not a common issue overall.
