We were looking for a photo frame that had motion sensors and a great quality display and found it with this reasonably priced model from dragontouch. We love the touch screen feature and the way the pictures are rotated differently from picture to picture…these were added benefits we hadn’t expected or thought of when purchasing a digital picture frame. It has worked flawlessly since opening it on Christmas and we have really been enjoying seeing pictures we had forgotten about and ones we don’t look at very often. It makes a great gift for grandparents! The one thing I would complain about is the set up is not super user friendly. I don’t mind that it only allows 50 photo uploads at a time, but it is not a seamless transfer in using the product’s app. It’s great to have an app that allows you to upload photos - it just takes several steps to get there and it’s easy to forget which pictures you have already uploaded because the upload screen shows you ALL the pictures at once (the ones you want to upload and the ones you have already uploaded.) Because of this, I have uploaded duplicates. Also, because the touchscreen on the app is very sensitive when choosing photos - I have uploaded things by accident- like screenshots of purchase receipts, but was able to delete them easily right from the frame’s touch screen display when I saw those things pop up in the photo rotation. Another con is that sometimes it seems like you see the same picture several times in a day and there is not a good rotation flow of photos…. Not sure why that is (even when you choose the random option in settings) but I think if you have a good amount of photos on there, that will lessen the chance of seeing one photo multiple times. These “cons” are definitely not a big deal and wouldn’t stop me from buying this same product again in the future. Overall it’s one of the best presents we received for Christmas!

The Digital Picture Frame has come a LONG way. I have been getting these over the years. This is the first one I have had that allows people to email me the pics and have them appear. On top of those methods you can also do it from a computer or from your phone. There is a phone app that allows you to update the frame anytime you want. If you want to have this in a bedroom and you are worried about having to turn it off and on, you actually dont have to. There is a setting that will turn off the image during the hours you would be asleep. It even has an alarm feature too. The back can be adjusted easily to go from portrait to landscape. And you could mount a magnet to a wall and easily mount it that way (use a strong magnet). Which i tried out to see if it worked and it does. I have been getting digital frames for many years. Even some of the best were not this clear and were such a pain to update photos. This one is great. I had never heard of this company before and my friend had it and so I tried them out. Totally Reccommend.

I purchased four of the Digital Touch 10 Elite picture frames. I gave three as gifts to family members and have one for myself. In less than three years, my frame has malfunctioned. A message on the screen reads "CloudPhototFrame has stopped, Open app again". It's an endless loop. I've tried every suggestion I found online - power off the frame, power off router and frame, etc. Nothing works. I called Dragon support and after being on hold for ten minutes or so, I was prompted to leave a message and I will be called because all reps are busy at the moment. Never received no call. I went online using their chat system for support. After noting what my issue is, I received a message that an agent will be with me shortly, I'm next in line. That was over 90 minutes ago. When the frame worked, it was good. But I expect it to continue to work after less than three years and I certainly expect better product support and have to rate their support as "terrible" and "non existent". Never again will I purchase one of their products.

For the first time ever, we're actually seeing our photos instead of just storing them. The Dragon Touch Classic has far exceeded our expectations! The motion sensor is a cool feature - the moment we walk into the room, it immediately displays our images. Our daughter is 14 and loves seeing all the photos from when she was growing up - we've had fun talking to her about the memories and telling stories she would never have heard without the Dragon Touch. Friends and family stop by and are drawn to the slideshow too! This frame was easy to set up and we LOVE all of the options for sending photos - our favorite is the FTP so we can drag and drop from our home PC backup file. We've already recommended it to family. Great image quality, bright screen and awesome features that let us control everything all in a very attractive frame! Definitely recommend - you'll love it!

It has a crisp display and is versatile to place anywhere. However, I found the setup process a little confusing and the big picture of how family and friends submit fotos was not, and is still not, clear. This was something I bought for my 88 year old father--I do not think he understands either. Yet, everything worked when we tested it.

Bought this as a gift for my grandma and she easily figured out how to add photos and get it working. Fits perfectly in her space, seems to be good quality!

There are better frame/app combos out there…the frame is fine, but the apps are not intuitive and basically will display the pictures incorrectly. Then its difficult to adjust the pics, and you can only display 50 pictures at a time. Which isnt alot

We got these frames as gifts for both of our parents (grandpas and grandmas), so we can share pictures of our kids instantly. They love receiving new photos on their frames, and the app works flawlessly so far, even considering that one set of grandparents is outside the US. We ended up getting one of these frames for ourselves as well, because we love the design.
