Life saver
I cut my dosage in half except when I reach my luteal phase. Works like a charm. If I don’t take this, I have a hormonal migraine take me out every luteal phase. These eliminate all bad symptoms!

Quality Supplement for Hormone Balance

Works well for me.
this product has been great for me. My hot flashes are not as severe and keeps me more alert. I've been using it for about 4 months now. I did stop it once during that time and noticed that my body worked better while using it.

Subtle but strong adaptogenic herb
My favorite supplement out of so many that I’ve tried for adrenal health. The capsules are large and don’t go down easy, but I will take them religiously anyway! Ashwagandha is such a cool herb! My mood and energy levels are stable and that’s what matters most to me. I take this supplement along with GABA and have been able to maintain good mental health without prescription especially during the dark winter days.
