it is soft but smells really bad .so wash the pillow cover before use .they give pillow and cover together.a bit expensive.

I like the pillow.I wish pillow makers have different pillow hight sizes for different body sizes the way we have for clothes. The pillow is uncomfortable when I sleep on the side because my shoulder make my spine move upwards and the pillow doesn't support my neck properly. This will happen to most pillows.Pillow is soft and I like it because it is safe.

Writing a review after 2 years of proper handling & use.The pillow is good, only for one year.After that it started to become soft slowly and after 1.5 year, it has become so soft that it is causing strong neck pain. And I cautiously use thr pillow as a mature adult.Upon contracting customer care about warranty, nobody reaponds. Messages are completely ignored. Support is horrible.Don't waste money on this just for a year and fake warranty.

Overall it’s a quality pillow but it smells. Even after couple month’s use the rubbery smell has not gone away. Smells through the pillow cover

I had a cervical problem because of that most of the pillow I have didn't suit me and caused a lot of pain. I bought this pillow a month ago , from the day I bought this my neck is in ease and feeling relaxed. I can sleep well without pain. Softness of this pillow is at another level. I would recommend everyone to buy this.

The pillow is very soft and at the same time very sturdy. Very comfortable to sleep on. It supports the neck very nicely and doesn’t gets too squishy while sleeping. It also has a removable pillow case which makes cleaning it really easy. It truly is worth every penny.

Have had my best sleep with this pillow. Be cautious to use a very big pillow cover. If you use a small cover, the pillow will fit in. But the squeezed pillow will cause a bad headache and body ache
