Having done plenty of research I went beyond the bulbs marketed for that purpose and chose to go with these amber bulbs. I love them and have noticed that if I stay off my devises I get sleepy earlier than if I were using standard lighting. I will be ordering more for lamps in other rooms. Hurray for melatonin!
