As a neurodivergent individual that needs a lot of help in the supplement department, I would 100% recommend. This vitamin covers a vast majority of daily vitamin needs with two easy pills. I have seen a huge difference in my mood, energy levels, and sleep. I have ADHD and have deficiencies in a lot of vitamin departments due to struggles with eating enough and having a large variety of foods in my diet. The helps cover the gaps that I have needed just that little extra boost in. I have a very sensitive stomach as well in addition to many food allergies and I can say that this hasn’t made me sick at all. This works wonders for me and I would recommend. However, always discuss with your doctor prior to taking a new supplement and get their medical opinion prior to trying something new!

The ingredient list looked solid, with a good mix of the essentials like vitamin A, C, D, and B12, along with extras like biotin and zinc. The capsules are a normal size and easy to take with water. No weird smell, no aftertaste, and they didn’t upset my stomach when I took them with food. One thing that stood out was how clean the formula seemed. It’s labeled vegan, non-GMO, and free of gluten and soy, which I know matters to some people. The bottle is sturdy and reseals well, and everything arrived in good shape. It’s hard to say how much of an impact any multivitamin has in the short term, but this one has been consistent and easy to stick with. If you’re looking for something daily that covers a lot without being overcomplicated, this feels like a dependable choice.

Have been using these for about 3 months. We decided to stop using hard, solid vitamin pills and searched for liquid or powdered. This brand had extra ingredients we were taking separately, so tried them. I guess they are doing well in our bodies because all our blood work was perfectly in balance and we're 85 yrs old. We are still independent, doing all our yard and housework, and driving where we need to go.

These were every bit as good as the reviews stated. I am a Flight Attendant and am older…over 60. A very young 60 ok? I need vitamins that will truly help me feel my best and that are easy to take and pack a punch for sustained energy. These are amazing! I have several health issues just from working at 40k feet for over twenty five years, with a schedule that not only has me constantly crossing time zones but also getting up at 2 am one day then up at noon the next etc. it’s not a healthy environment either. These vitamins help me feel amazing and allow me to be at my best at 4am. Lol I have several friends that have also started these and they are also happy they did! We are all varying ages so it’s just not me. I’m on my third bottle so I’m definitely never going back to anything else.
