I have the 18". Thought I purchased the 20" but it arrived in PERFECT condition so I kept it. It is flawless. I only had to send one small Boos Block back once as it was practically cracked down the middle and I am certain that happened during shipping. I had ZERO problems with the return and and purchased a second just like it that I still have and use almost every day. I love my Boos Blocks and plan on getting 2 or 3 more, smaller ones and different woods for Charcuterie boards. I also have the 24" x 18" x 2 1/4 that is a cooks dream. .If you process your blocks after purchase the way any good wood should be treated you will find Boos Blocks will last you a lifetime.
