Did what I wanted it to do. Captured all the tiny burnt bits that accumulate while frying so I can re-use the oil. Oil flowed through quickly and easily and left oil clean. I fry with olive oil and it is too expensive to just use one time.

I got this to filter my cooking oil by placing it on top of a funnel. Its mesh is small and does the job. My kids got hold of it, and no rips or tears. It was an absolute steal with the price and super easy to wash, I just threw it in the dishwasher on the top rack after rinsing it, and.. just like new!

I use these to filter my home brewed beer. Way better than cheese cloth. Easy to clean, does a great job of filtering out things you don't want to drink.

The strainer has some weight to it, rather sturdy and not flimsy at all! I use it mainly for straining out seeds from lemon juice I just squeezed. It’s great for straining anything that has really small particles in it. It’s also great for making the lemon juice pulp free! The next time I make soup, I’m definitely gonna use this to catch tiny bones that break apart. You’ll see in my picture after I used the strainer - that there’s nothing in the lemon juice other than juice. It’s really easy to clean and I can see myself using it for many years to come.

I was looking for a filter that could help strain the fine coffee particles that made it through my cold brew coffee maker filter. I had tried regular coffee filters like the kind typically used for regular brewed coffee but the process was slow and messy. This is faster and gets all the coffee grounds that otherwise would have made it into my cup. Of course, it is a little bigger than my cup, but the fact that it strains so well is worth that for me.

replaced 4 existing units with these but connector was different and no adapter was supplied so had to rewire but no big deal. big deal was that its smaller than my 20 year old units so the bracket holes did not line up with metal box in the wall so i had to drill holes in the bracket. about an inch smaller in distance between the 2 hole. maybe its a new standard ??

I can reuse this lots and lots. Great product. Will buy again when I need replacement.

Second time purchasing. Forgot not to pour hot oil thru the netting.
