I have an old truck with over 240,000 miles on it and needed new lifter's, I would have never been able to remove the old one's with out this tool and I gave the tool a work out with a hammer!!!!!!! ⚒️

Works perfectly. Took me 2 minutes to get all the lifters out.

Worked like a charm, got all lifters removed in a 52 year old engine

Do not buy Absolutely a horrible tool, waited a week for it. first time using it, it broke. this tool is absolutely infuriating.

Let me start with the obvious. The ball bearing that separates the collet is extraordinarily annoying. I dropped it within the first couple seconds of working on my Ford 300. They need to figure out a way to retain it, because the bottom part of the tool must be decoupled from the top, every time a lifter is removed, on a straight six. If there was zero risk of it falling out and into the engine, I would have given it 5 stars. That being said, once it grabs on, it works pretty well without having to use the slide hammer. Use a 7/16th open-end wrench to tighten it and lift them out. I only had to use the slide hammer on one lifter. The others, I jiggled out.

Had a super stuck lifter tool worked way better and I thought it was gonna work got the lifter right out

Good quality tool but it wouldn't fit my hydraulic lifters so I was unable to use it. I'm sure it works good on larger lifters
