Very soothing.....
I've been putting this in a mid afternoon smoothie for a week now and it really helps to curb the built up anxiety during the day. I use Ashwagandha specifically for this purpose as each day tends to hold it's own anxiety lately and I need to remove this from my aura as quickly as possible. It comes with a little scoop and has no real taste and does the trick. Recommended to everyone.

Just add to coffee or smoothies
So I wanted to try this as it is said to support adrenal function that should help me (or you) to relax and calm down. It says it will lower stress, provide energy, and help with occasional sleeplessness. Cool. Why not try it. I think it has worked to relax me. I tend to get stressed when the school year stars. What I like is that it is organic and plant based. It is USDA certified organic. No additives, gluten free, wheat free, corn free, soy free and dairy free, with no artificial fillers. Again I like all that. I hate the price. I don't see using it all the time as its pricey for four ounces. Flavor is nominal. I don't really notice it in my coffee but I am good with that. I don't like over powering flavors. The powder form is nice and easy to measure out. Its a solid four stars for me.

Perfect with coffee
I hate taking the big pills so this is a great alternative. I just toss this in my coffee and can barely taste it. Mixes very well and doesn't clump.
