What do we do with the brush roll after cleaning the floor? Do we wash these?

The vacuum has a clean cycle the will flush clean water through the brush. I change them out once a month and clean them manually.

Will these fit tineco floor one s2?

Yes, I have replaced the filter and roller after about 9 months. Washing about 1500 sq ft of LVP every 10 days or so, new construction, lots of dirty water comes up, replacement parts just as good. Love my Tineco wet vac.

How often I need change the filter and brush

The filters should be changed every 3 months and the rollers every 6 months. That is the maker's suggestion but it depends on how often you use the machine. Use it only for an hour once a week and you can go beyond the recommended change.
