**Q: Could it be used for 230 volt and 110 volt?**
A: I suggest buying a converter. I wouldn’t take the risk of power shortage or overage. It’s cheaper to buy a converter than to buy another DNP printer.

**Q: Does this printer work with Windows 7 ?**
A: On my understand yes. I use windows 8 and 10.

**Q: Does this printer work whith ipad**
A: NO

**Q: I'm confused. Does this printer come with media? Sometimes I see images showing media and sometimes it doesn't.**
A: ours does not come with any media.  it is just for the printer.  I think the image with media is just to show what kind of media it uses.

The machine and paper came with no damage & no issues.The printer is built like a talk and you can tell it’ll last a long time! Seller, I think most are ordering your package to run photobooths which print 2 x 6 strips. You’re mailing the package with 5 x7 paper and that’s not compatible with printer cutting. I had to order a separate box of 4 x 6 paper.
