LOVE this heating pad and use it almost daily! It really helps with issues I have with neck and shoulder tension and pain after work all day. Is also cozy to warm up with on cold days. I keep it plugged in and next to my recliner for frequent and easy access.....and even traveled with it because I knew how much I need it and enjoy it to deal with muscle soreness and pain. Have given 2 more as gifts to family members and they love it too! Highly recommend!

I bought this heating pad in October 2025, and only had a few weeks of usage before it stopped working all together. I was out of my return window with Amazon and reached out to Renpho directly through email for some assistance. They had me send pictures and videos to them and within a few days I received a new power cord. Unfortunately the new cord threw some codes. First F2 and then F5. I emailed Miguel from Renpho back and he apologized and mailed me a new heating pad. This was the best customer service I've received ever. Especially through the holidays. I would definitely buy another one, just knowing how well their customer service is willing to work with you. Codes attached for anyone who may have discarded the user manual.

Works great, arrived new in box, no issues. It is a heating pad and does get warm so by no means does this not work, I just wish it was able to get a little hotter. Laying down on it or in a chair pushing it up against my back, it is fine and the heat transfers better but just sitting up without my back against anything, it is still warm but slightly lacking. Then the other would just be the 90 min timer. I get it for safety purposes and stuff but 90 mins is a bit short and I find myself constantly resetting the timer to keep the unit on... other than those 2 things, its great and i am satisfied so far. Fast shipping, and purchased on sale for cheaper than the smaller one.. Plenty big enough for me and im a big guy, 5'7, 245lbs. Fits me perfectly fine.

This was the best $40 ever spent. This heating pad is perfect; it’s slightly weighted, stays in place and is large enough for my whole back. The heat is even and consistent from back to shoulders. Great for neck and shoulder pain as well.

Very comfortable and heats perfectly. Love the way it is so soft. It covers the entire back does not slip down like traditional heating pads. I would recommend this to everyone.

So comfy it's like a warm or hot pillow is wrapping its arms around your shoulders neck and back. I love how it just sits around yoir shoulders and it get warm or hot around there didnt expect that. Other heating pads are nice but you have to work around it especially if you want to sit up like watching TV, computer, etc. You can even wash dishes while getting heat on your back, neck, and shoulders bc it has a string you can tie on the bottom and where it wraps around your shoulders it has weight i think its rice but it's so comfortable. I would love if they made this wear it had a recharable battery pack for it you want to unhook it and wear it around the house, car, shopping, heck even working out the possibilities are endless. But if you are on the fence weather not to buy it BUY IT YOU WONT REGRET IT. I BOUGHT MY GRANDMAW ONE AND SHE NEVER WANTS GIFTS BUT SHE WAS OK WITH THIS GIFT AND IT HELPS HER OUT I GOT ONE AND SHES GOT ONE. PROBABLY GOING TO BUY MY MOM ONE. And if yiu dont like it you can send it back and get reimbursed just BUY IT!!!!!

This product is way better than your traditional heating pad. It covers the whole back and shoulders, however I do wish that it was a little longer to reach my lower back. Apart from that, it gets the job done. It heats up quickly and you could adjust how hot it gets. It has a timer that automatically turns it off after a designated amount of time. The cord isn't as noticeable to me as I was expecting. I do wish that it had a vibrating feature along with the ability to get slightly hotter. Overall, it was a great purchase! 👍

Product works really well. There is wiring in the neckline for heat however the front shoulder pieces are not heated, they are weighted.

This thing is amazing, I've had it for about an hour and it's like sitting in a warm bath. I got the XL because I'm larger but also I want coverage of my whole back. I'd love if it wrapped around your sides a little more but I can't complain, major upgrade from those reheatable packs.
