Great item and customer service
I ordered a 14-piece playpen, and then 2 additional pieces. The connectors on the additional pieces are different. The representative sent the replacement connectors shortly.

Easy to assemble Works great
We bought this product for our 7 month old and he loves it, makes his area safer and gives him a good amount of space to maneuver around. Great product!

Extension is NOT compatible with pen like picture shows
Recieved a different connector type on the pen and the extension pack. They are not compatible as advertised. Returning is at your cost and they charge a restock fee. Do NOT reccomend this product.

Not Saturday enough to leave my child alone
The screws loosen at the top. The suction on the bottom slides on the floor. My daughters feet get stuck in the slots.

Great play yard 0825
I ordered this play yard add on for my 9 month old grandson to provide a safe area. I am very pleased with the size and the stability of the fencing. My grandson weighs 23 pounds and securely pulls up on this fence. It is heavy and a little difficult to fold but overall it is a great product and I would definitely buy it again.
