How do i use this product?

You wash your hair and then put this in like you would a conditioner. And rinse it out.

I use it once a week as a deep conditioning treatment. I also use Goldwell blondes & highlights shampoo and conditioner on a regular basis. This product just gives a deeper condition treatment.

Could you use it on gray hair?

I"m not a hair dresser, so I don't know. I don't see why not. It helps keep the yellow out, so if that's a problem, I'd guess it might help.
