1 : IRWIN Tools Bi-Metal Door Lock Installation Kit (3111002)

Installed a new handle and dead bolt. Router tip works like a charm in the drill. No complaints, lines up perfect.

Easy to use and good for more than 1 or 2 installations. I've used it several times and still works great.

Purchased as looking to fit 14 oak veneered doors with no paint to cover any little mistakes. 6 done and handles and latch perfectly aligned each time. Did not use the big core drill as handles did not require such a large hole but placed this back to front in jig and marked the centre hole for smaller drill. Little router not particularly useful but overall the kit is well worth having.

El producto es de muy mala calidad, materiales baratos y se mueve por todos lados. En mi primer uso estropee una puerta, seguí las instrucciones al pie de la letra, y al iniciar el proceso, la plantilla se movió y termine con marcas de la corona en la puerta, algo que no no es posible reparar de manera decente sin cambiar todo el panel de triplay, lo cual termine haciendo. Al examinar lo que había ocurrido, vi que el plástico para definir la distancia del abocardado es un plástico ligero, todo mal formado, fuera de su lugar, en fin, mal por todos lados, no hay manera de asegurar correctamente la plantilla, lo único decente de este kit, son las coronas, y en mi opinion, no valen el precio y mucho menos un trabajo estropeado, por algo que solo tiene que cumplir una función y no solo no lo hace, si no que pone en riesgo toda una puerta.
