What i like? The sheer attention to quality for this edition, the book is pristine to hold, the hardbind, the spine, the gold stained pages, the margins that have chapter titles on it, the decoration of the page number, the ribbon book mark, the majestic way the book opens down flat without any pages sticking out, I got this for a steal and one of the best book purchases I've ever bought only coming behind the dune deluxe edition

Such a beautiful book.. and I believe I don’t have to tell you about Love craft. I am a sporadic reader but his work is so captivating I have spend the whole afternoon reading it .

At first received book with a little torn cover but the seller quickly replaced it. The book is beautiful and I guess a solid start at lovecraft.

This is a stunning edition! The black leather makes the design pop and the gold gilded edges finish it off. Really happy with this, I don't think I will ever read this edition but it sure does look beautiful on my shelf.

If you want a good looking book on your shelf and are a fan of Lovecraft then this is for you, now that the business is out of the way lets get down to a serious issue. I don't need to be coddled by a publisher, I don't need to be told that Lovecraft was a bad man because he named his cat, who he loved by the way, a bad name. The idea that you would make money off someone's work and then insult them in their own book is obscene, if you have an issue with someone's opinion in the early 20th century then don't publish their work.
