My ouidad products came with tops broken &I cant use what do you suggest?nt use them

I also received my product with broken tops and the creme was dispensed all over the padded envelope it came in. . The packaging was terrible. I contacted the seller was was given $10 back. I buy this product locally now. Great product!

I use all ouidad as follows:WaterWorks shampoo, MoistureLock leav-in conditioner,Tres Effectsstyling gel.Where would this fit-in or replace?

I use this as both a conditioner and a leave in conditioner. After shampoo I use a quarter size amount in wet hair. Rinse well. I use a tiny amount as a leave in conditioner before adding tres effect gel. I prefer soft curls and don't use too much gel. This seems to keep the frizz away and still leave my hair soft.

Is this a leave in conditioner?

Yes. It says on the bottle that you can use it as a leave-in, and/or as a rinse-out. I prefer it as a leave-in. Your hair's thickness, density, porosity, and curl/wave, and the dew point/humidity, etc. may determine how much you should leave in. But you can leave some amount of this in, as the instructions suggest.

Does anyone use this without washing? I am looking for a good product that brings life to my curls in the in between days

I have used this product on day 2, but I used it first after washing my hair on day one and then spritzing my hair on day 2 and using this to bring my curls back to life. I love this product!
