As someone who is gluten intolerant and arthretic, I try to stay on an all gluten-free diet. While I like most crackers, these are definitely rice cracker taste and texture. Not fantastic, but good. The worst thing is how much they cost. Maybe one day manufacturers will recognize the need for non-wheat products at the same cost as the gluten products.

These chips are so good. Taste great. ALittle more but light .
