Most vitamins make me have an upset stomach after taking them, but I can tell you that it is not the case with these. There is no taste once you take them properly, and they are easy to swallow. I have too many clotters in my body so No Vit K is perfect. And I am allergic to Iodine, I get hives and Anaphylaxis. So I am thankful for this choice.

I have definitely noticed an improvement in my energy levels since starting to take these. I feel better in general and don’t feel nearly as tired during the day. I can’t say that I have noticed much difference in my skin or hair, but I didn’t really have problems with that to begin with. They have no taste going down and are fairly easy to swallow (they are light weight pills that float so head down to swallow. The bad-they really upset my stomach for about half an hour after taking them. Taking them with food does help a little, but I feel pretty miserable for a while. And the vitamin burps are definitely a thing with these. Overall I would recommend them. The good outweighs the bad.

I am in my 40s and from a couple of months I was feeling dullness in my skin, hair, nails. So much fatigue all the time, mood swings etc etc.. Product arrived on time and as described. I am a woman over 60. These vitamins have all the ingredients recommended by my doctor. They do not upset my stomach.

The product is ok, but do your research! This is my second time trying a vitamin supplement and I had the same negative side effects, simply because I don't need this many vitamins. Get bloodwork done and take only what you are deficient in, too much of anything is bad, even if it's supposed to be good. I have nothing against the product, I would just hate for another to go through what I did.. gastric pains, spike in anxiety, neck and shoulder tightness, migrains.. it was rough, so please be careful when supplementing.
