Review: Not a problem solver, but for me a temporary relief! - Product worked quicker than expected. Yes, it does get hot on the skin with the initial treatment. Almost immediately the skin becomes numb to the hotness with the following treatments. To protect my pets, I place the ointment crème on toilet tissue folded in double or triple layers. I then throw the tissue in the toilet. This way the pets can't get to the tissue if dropped on the floor by mistake, or 'take it' out of the small trash container in the bathroom. So far, this crème has worked best for me. This crème doesn't solve the problem, but it sure relieves the ache and pain somewhat for a while.

**Q: How much to apply  ?**
A: As much as you need to find relief, wear gloves when applying or wash hands very thoroughly when done!

**Q: Why so long of time span form order to shipping?**
A: I wonder the same thing, but I order from this vendor anyway because they tend to be cheaper and more reliable than others who ship faster.

**Q: Where is it shipped from?**
A: Shipping label says Lexington KY.

**Q: The box in picture says  .1% capsaicin  snd reading about it in product features it states “ 1% capsaicin” ! which is it ? all miss leading?**
A: Everything I have seen says 0.1%.  There is also a gel which contains 0.025% and 10% menthol.  Cream works much better and is odorless.  I have found the product helpful.  A cream with 1% would be much to hot I fear.
