Más de 10 años de tener el mal hábito de morder mis uñas y después de usar este esmalte llevo más de un mes sin hacerlo. Es cierto que puede ser un poco complicado comer directamente con la mano ya que si el esmalte toca la comida o tus labios te puede arruinar el bocado, sin embargo, creo que es un excelente producto que cumple su función.

This product does its job- TOO WELL. And it lasts for several DAYS. The entire time you're wearing it, it doesn't matter how "neatly" or how much you apply, (for example, my first application I kind of purposely left it all around my cuticles since I have a problem biting them as well) and literally- you cannot eat ANYTHING with your hands! Nothing! It took me several times to get used to that fact, I would go to lick food off my fingers or something and instantly regret it. So not only does it ruin any meal you eat (with hands) the taste lasts definitely longer than expected or hoped for. It seriously tastes so strong/bad, that I don't even wear it and I just don't bite my nails anymore lol. Sometimes I'll still apply a very small amount before a shower, because by the time I get out I always seem to bite at least one nail afterwards... So just beware! For the first few times eating I was confused like "no, that can't be the nail polish? The food wouldnt even touch it and will still override the taste of whatever it you're eating. Again - WORKS TOO WELL.

For us it worked well, when we started using it our kid stopped licking her thumb, it tastes really bad, and it stays on the nail for few days, but recommended to reapply every two days untill ur kid stops it forever.
