Easy, smoothe and favorable results achieved. Great product.
This does not bother my stomach when I burp as other brands do. The outer coating makes it easy to swallow and does not leave an awful taste my mouth. I have been using this product for general health and hair , skin and nail.

I have heard good things
I have heard that black see oil helps and I hope it’s doing a good job. With supplements, it’s difficult to tell from the outside. I will say I’ve needed to be careful with these capsules so they aren’t squished tightly in my pill box. Twice I’ve opened my daily pill box to find an oily mess. The capsules leak easily under pressure. But it was probably my fault.

I don't think it did anything.. it smells like motor oil in the capsules. I think I'll start using third party tested things from now on. However you get what you pay for and it was pretty cheap.
