Good product so far. A bit of cleaning issue with the opening. It’s good to add any accessory which can help to clean that part.

Keeps hot stuff hot for a very long time. atleast 6 hours. Typically in other mugs I have noticed cold remain for longer but heat is generally lost fast, but this is much better. Also its very thin and fairly lightweight and doesn't feel like a thermos I am carrying around, makes it very handy for daily use. Lid is also easy to clean as it has a different system allowing u to get in and properly clean it. A bit expensive but then has been good to use.

The product is good. Mug keeps water 5-7h cool or hot. External finishing is not well aligned with a price.

I absolutely love iced aqua color but then the exterior powder coating is super easy to chip away. Autoseal mechanism is pretty intuitive the reason I bought this and yes it works and spill proof is great but then that's it. Too many cons other than the color. First, it is too heavy for travels. 340g? Similar 16oz zojirushi is just 205g. Each g counts for ultralight hikers and travellers. Second, the mug is pretty bulty and occupies a lot of space, zoji in comparison is super slick. This west loop won't go inside most of the bottle cages of my bags. Biggest con is the sipping hole, it is uncovered. Here in India flies are everywhere and hygiene is a big factor. Perhaps unprotected surface where you place your bare lips and stuck might be OK in US, but absolutely not here. Dust and flies settle this area and sipping through this spout is a hygiene and public health issue, chances of infectious diseases will be increased significantly! Yet another issue is Autoseal. This is version 2.0 and yes, you can flip open which the company claims easy to clean. But in reality nope, the complex spring system and other nooks of this Autoseal you can't touch even with fine tip brushes. I drink only aeropress coffee and even then coffee grim will accumulate these tiny spaces and the Autoseal will fail in a matter of few months if not years. Definitely not a BIFL (Buy it for life). Contigo is also heavily advertised US brand and a conglomerate that also sells rubber maid, sharpie etc etc. Typical consumerist philosophy is very evident in case Autoseal breaks, you can't buy the spring or any specific part. You will be forced to discard this whole mug (despite perfectly fine lower steel part) and buy a new one, the planned obsolence - hall mark of anti-environmental, anti-sustainable American consumerist philosophy. Somehow my ethos are against it. In a nutshell, this mug is not to my liking. Too many cons and as an environmentalist, I better look elsewhere.

Handy product with great temperature retention. Completely leak proof and easy to grab and go.

I bought the same cup but it's not leakproof as claimed. Don't know what I am doing wrong or whether the product is faulty. Also lid is very hard to clean.

One of the best coffee sippers I had used. Love the design, it looks so good. The lid is fantastic it is spill proof and easy to sip from and has a click lock feature. Keeps coffee hot for a while and easily fits into the car holder. A must buy for people that like sipping coffee while traveling. Worth the price point.
