Color:White Apoxie Sculpt is a self-hardening clay. Use this clay for faces hands or complete sculptures. Great for repairing ceramics adding to other materials or using alone. It offers enhanced detail properties plasticity and detail finishing with a flat skin-like texture. Working time is 2-3 hours accepts paints wet or dry! Adheres to clean surfaces. Review: Great for custom Funko Pops! - I really love this product. I use it to alter/make my own custom Funko Pop figurines, and it is great for creating your own add-ons or smoothing over things to create new clothes or hair. I used this to make a custom Boromir Funko, and am using it to make a custom Gimli Funko as well. For Boromir, I used this to change the hair from a Ned Stark pop and it smooths out really well so you have a clean transition from plastic to apoxie, which is really great because I paint over it, and there's not an awkward seam line. Sanding is a breeze, as long as you wear a mask so you don't inhale the dust. This is really malleable too, so it's easy to shape, but still holds its form. Even if it dries out a bit, just add some water with a paint brush and you can continue to shape it. Water also smooths this out super well. Overall, this is an amazing sculpting product, much easier to use than oven-bake clays, and the white color dries in the color of a primer, so if you don't want to, you don't have to prime.

**Q: Has anyone used this to repair cracks in an already kiln fired teracotta statue?**
A: It should work perfectly for this application.

**Q: How much apoxie sculpt is recommended to create hair and clothes for two custom Funko pop dolls?**
A: I can't give you exact numbers, especially without knowing exactly how extravagant your plan is, but not a lot! It's pretty lightweight stuff. I have a figure I sculpted entirely out of Apoxie Sculpt that's about 1.25" tall and 1" square at its base, and it only weighs half an ounce.

**Q: Does this product hold up outdoors?**
A: Yes.

**Q: Will it bond to a particleboard cabinet door with melamine laminate? Im hoping to repair chips on the bottom of a kitchen cabinet door.**
A: The clay will bond well with the particleboard but the laminate is problematic. If you scuff it up fairly harshly it will bond. If you're preparing chips in the laminate which reveal the particleboard you should be able to apply the clay to the particleboard up to the edge of the laminate and smooth out the clay with water or safety solvent until it's level with the laminate and all should be well.

I really love this product. I use it to alter/make my own custom Funko Pop figurines, and it is great for creating your own add-ons or smoothing over things to create new clothes or hair. I use the product to fill window openings in model airliners. Unlike regular modeling putties, Apoxie Sculpt doesn't shrink. So the openings remain properly sealed. Excess is easily removed with wet sanding. Great for the purpose.
