Fails quickly
This is the 2nd scooter I have purchased. 1st stopped working after 1 year. The 2nd stopped after 5 months. Unable to get a hold of the manufacturer. At least Amazon was able to give me a refund. Works great when it does work but reliability is poor at best. Follow up- manfacturer contacted me thru email asked what happened to scooter. Explained just stopped working. There has been no reply since. Amazon did charge me a restocking fee, which was ok since at least they honored part of my loss.

Never Worked
Incredibly disappointed, we fully charged the battery but the unit was a total lemon. Electronics showed the unit was on and fully charged but the propellers did not engage. Previously had a Yamaha which lasted 5 years. Now looking to purchase a Yamaha again.

Broke first use in ocean
The unit froze first time trying to use it. Now I have returned the unit and the seller has had the product for over a week and still no refund.

Non serious company.
Non serious company. Bad quality and then they don't answer anymore. Be carefully, they looks they bankrupt and closing.

Utterly worthless
We are now on our third replacement of this worthless piece of junk and it has failed. We are giving up. We bought through a third party seller via Amazon. Each of the 4 units that failed has had about 2 hours or less of use, has been thoroughly rinsed after each use and stored with care. Utterly disgusted and would give it a negative rating if we could.

no way to get a hold of company,
Used about 10 times, now won't run, company has no phone number and does not respond to email, trigger switches. don't waste your money
