does this set come with both level 1 and level 2 nipples?

Yep. My set came with two extra nipples, both level 2, but the five 8oz bottles are equipped with only level 1. Seven nipples total, only two are level 2. This wasn't clear from the item description (which mentions the two level 2 extras but no data about the bottles). Bummer. If a baby is at the point of needing 8 oz bottles, does level 1 nipple size even make sense?

Will these fit onto my Medela breast pump?

Yes, I have a medela pump and fits good

Can I pump directly into these bottles?

Yes! You just need to buy the adapters which are cheap. I’ve said they were my best investment since my baby loves these bottles and I pump with Spectra flanges.
