Our schedules are very busy and sometimes they don't line up with the Orthodontist schedule. Especially if they don't cut the wires close enough. I wrote the company and told them my predicament and they were able to ship it out on a Saturday! It arrived on Wednesday and was a life saver. Excellent customer service and I the tool let me snip off a piece of metal before I had to leave on my second leg of my trip. If you plan on traveling with them, I would make sure you check in our luggage. I doubt you can get through the TSA with them. These are made very well and very useful. I have been to the orthodontist a few times with poking wires....No More! Review: Did the job! - My 15 year old son was having a problem with a wire on his braces and needed to clip a piece off. Of course this happened on a weekend and we had to improvise with pliers. I ordered these so if it happened again we would have the proper tool.
