How do you get the water retainer to stay seated properly? It started falling off after a couple of minutes. I can't get it to stay.

Not sure. I didn’t have that issue with mine. You may want to check to see if it’s attached properly. Mine doesn’t come depart.

I just got mine today and when I press the button it blinks a few times and nothing happens. How do I get it to mist or is it broken?
