I picked this up thinking it would help with energy since I work nights. It certainly delivers. The energy you get from this isn’t like caffeine, I found it to be more like genuine adrenaline. It’s hard to explain. My only gripe would be once you take it every day for a week the effects become more subtle. It’s also a bit too pricey for continue taking it, but it definitely feels higher quality so you get what you pay for. I didn’t have any side effects.

Why? because it gave me way too much energy, I was a little jittery when I took 2, can't imagine 4. Always start with the lowest dose and work your way up if needed, feel your body.
