Wonderful knife. Slices perfectly from meat to tomatoes. Perfect size for me. It is a light weight knife. This my 3rd Rada knife. Seems to stay sharp. I have only hand washed. In picture this one is on right and utility is on left.

I heard about this knife by watching Karen Jones Food & Family cooking show on her you tube channel. I had not heard of this brand before. The knife is made well with a nice handle and very sharp blade. I do not put them in the dishwater as I am told that will dull the blade. But a very good knife for the money

I bought these for Christmas gifts. These knives are absolutely the best ever. I’ve owned them for years. Sharing the joy of the best of the best. And they last forever if you hand wash..very important feature. No dishwasher for these knives.

not sure how long the edge will last but WoW it's super sharp on arrival. I was able to slice through partially cooked bacon embedded in fresh dough without disturbing the dough in any serious way. Amazing!
