Excellent product that aids in digestion and provides the gut with good bacteria, seems as thou it cleans the colon and helps the body eliminate waste.

We love love this product. Our poop has never been healthier. The cost of the product may not be sustainable for us however. So we're hoping the price will go down over time.

I was suffering loose stools for years. Every now n then would be normal then back to loose. This seems to have completely cured that. I take 1 a day with a meal. For several months now, no issues. I have a little psyllium husk during the day, like no more than a teaspoon and thats split 2times a day.
