Tasty, good texture
Everything looks good from the package and packaging although I have not used this batch of the product yet. Past batches have given a tasty, healthy mascarpone with a consistent texture.

Professional results
excellent taste/texture at the final cheese Rapid pH drop. Recommend having a pH meter. Also made a large batch of a mother culture. Bought 1 pack that will last forever
