This Solaray Calcium, Magnesium, and Zinc supplement is of great quality. I have been taking it for many years. I did my research before choosing this brand. I am very pleased with this supplement and recommend it.

I got these cuz a women on tik tok said it has helped her hormones go back to normal and put her back in the mood for you know what since having kids. I have had the same issue since I have had 3 kids in the last 3 and half years. So I figured I'd give it a try. We I only took it for two day and only 2 pills instead of 4 cuz they r huge plus says to take with meal and I never remember to but it hadn't don't done anything them two days so I'm gonna start taking it again and fingers crossed it works.

I can't review the calcium because I was allergic to it after two half-daily doses. Solaray kindly is refunding me the money. Barbara Henning
