The height easily adjusts and the angle does too, both with locks that hold this in place once you've adjusted it the way you want it. The top is roomy and fits my laptop and a phone. The rubber holders lock my laptop in and keep it from slipping. My stiff neck is a thing of the past since I've started using this and have my computer at eye level instead of looking down.
