If you're able to push down and turn, then do so. If not, try the new code or the original if that doesn't work. Also, be sure that you followed the instructions on which way to turn the lock while setting the code, as different steps have different directions.

How do I change my combination?

It doesn’t work, every time I try to change the code the lock it’s stuck and stops working. Then I had to buy a new one it sucks
