Awesome trays.
ordered 2 for use as transporting blah blah blah. good size, strong, but unfortunately 1 came with a couple dings.. I give these 4.5 out of 5

It's a good tray. Nice and heavy and well made. I took off a star because it arrived with dint.

They hold about a 5-6 lb brisket with no problem. Super sturdy!

Great tray, perfect for transporting proteins to and from the smoker. Well made, doesn’t flex or bend, and works well as a bbq plate too. Bought one and it’s perfect, will pick up a couple more.

In typical OK Joe's fashion, overkill is under rated. Probably 3 times thicker than some of the no name brand ones you can get in the store. It's NOT going to bend with 20lb pork shoulder on it.

The tray is function. It has a lip. It does what it is designed to do. Why the three and the comment about scrapping? The glue they use to attach a paper label does not easier release. I had to use hot water, soap, a scrapper, and an sos pad to remove the label and extra adhesive.
