Its a normal size opening that you can thread cord through. May need to use tweezers to help.

Height -3/4" x Width (of orb portion) - 5/8"

What diameter Lift cord will fit in the hole in the Orbs you are selling ?

I have personally used cord up to 1.8mm in diameter. Other sizes that I have used successfully are .9mm and 1.4mm. The manufacturer's product information does not state a recommended or maximum cord size.
