Used before - does the job
This is a repeat order having used, to great effect, in the past. Best applied in warm weather and easy to apply with a long handled brush. coverage stated seems to be a little optimistic. Used on aging felt roofing. Two coats recommended but one coat certainly sealed affected area. However will be applying two coats. Quite expensive but very good value considering the alternative of replacing top sheets

Does what it says
My garage roof leaks when it rains. Roof is covered with old felt and didn’t want to spends load getting it replaced. Previously I bought 5 litres but realised it wasn’t enough. Bought this 25 litres and smothered the whole roof completely, used up all. No leaky roof again. It does work but don’t be shy about how much to use.

Great product and value for money
Fantastic product and excellent value for money. Although my garage roof wasn't leaking, it hadn't been treated since a replaced the roof 6 years ago. My garage roof is approximately three and a half meters by 7 and so far I have managed to apply two generous coats to the garage and shed roof and still have half a tin left. I'm going to just keep applying coats until it's used up only because it's a large tin and takes up a bit of space. Once painted on and dry, it gives a great black finish to the roof and when it rains you can see how effective it is by watching the rain water run off. Great product and excellent value for money.... Highly recommended....
